The alternative to working with us is to call up dozens of lenders and compare their mortgage terms and rates on your own. We save you the time and headache of having to do that as we have access to daily updated software sourcing all the lenders rates. Using our expert knowledge of the whole market, we can also steer you away from certain lenders with onerous payment terms buried in their mortgage small print.
We hold your hand through to completion
We have a team of expert support and administration staff who will process your application, progress your offer and chase any queries and are there to also pre-empt any problems before they arise. We work with you, your Estate Agents and Solicitors, to make the process as smooth as possible. This saves hours of your time waiting on calls and chasing a wide circle of people during office hours.
What our clients pay for our services?
The initial consultation, mortgage advice, research and obtaining an Agreement in Principle is FREE. Our typical fee for UK residential and buy to let mortgages when we commence a mortgage application is £490. If for any reason you do not get a mortgage offer, a refund of 50% will be made. When the mortgage completes, we will also receive commission payable from the lender. Fees for Expat Mortgages, Equity Release products and for balances of less than £99,000 will be charged at an additional cost of £300.
We give you more choice
We search the whole market for the best product for you, as we are not tied to a specific lender. Some lenders work exclusively with mortgage brokers and rely on them to be the gatekeepers to bring them suitable clients. You may not be able to contact some lenders directly.
You may save some fees
Due to our high volume of business, we have access to ancillary services at a discounted rate. For example, we have access to a panel of reputable solicitors for you to choose from at discounted rates.

Phil has over 30 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker. Phil has two daughters and has lived in Bristol for most of his life. Phil also has extensive knowledge of the Spanish property market and helping ex-pats with mortgages. His leisure time is spent with family and friends and he is a keen swimmer and keeps fit in the gym. Phil is well-known in Bristol for his excellent customer service when dealing with both property and finance.

Chris joined us in February 2017 as a Director and Lead Adviser for our new business Bath Mortgages Online. After gaining a BSc (Hons) at Chichester University, in 2000 Chris started working in the Financial Services sector. Chris has an extensive knowledge of the residential and buy to let markets as well as specialising in Equity release advice. Chris is married with one son and has lived in Bath all his life. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and spending time with his family.
